I just finished my samples for fall classes at Ben Franklin Crafts, my local shop. The challenge was to design interesting projects with a good teaching value, but keep the overall materials cost reasonable and to use products available in the store. Here's what I came up with. What do you think?
Cool! I would love to have the chance to teach, I suppose I should go out and make that happen. But all we have is Michaels and while I use their things, they have their own teachers lined up. I have tossed around the idea of doing that for small groups in my home or for a party or something. Maybe I need to get back to that idea. Looks like you will have fun, Karin! Enjoy the day! Erin
Do you ever see something in a store and think, "I like it, but I'd rather see it in a different color or size..." Well, that's the story of my life. I'm always fiddling around with ideas and trying to make things just right for me.
